Hi there, my nam​e is Elise

I am a Full Spectrum Doula, Indigenous Birth Keeper, Childbirth Educator and Breastfeeding Educator.  I offer in-person birth support in Kelowna, BC and virtual support globally.  My goal is to provide non-biased, inclusive support and education to help guide you, no matter how you envision your birth and postpartum journey.

Birth is ceremony.  Birth is a rite of passage.
