this prenatal class is designed to not only cover core information but also dives deeper into topics that help you feel more prepared, more intuitive and even more excited to become a parent. The Prepared Childbirth 4 week series has weekly classes, with 12 hours of in class instruction, allowing you to take time out of your day to be present in your learning, to absorb the information, all while interacting with others and making lasting friendships.
Together we will have FUN, all while increasing your confidence in your ability as birthing person, support person and new parent.
The series is excellent if you are birthing for the first time or if you would like to learn new ways to prepare for your next birth and postpartum.
Group classes are kept small, allowing one on one instruction and opportunities to cover additional topics depending on class needs.
